Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel; the rooms were comfortable, but there were some minor issues with maintenance. The service was fantastic overall, though a bit inconsistent at times. The location was convenient with some lovely touches, and the dining experience was average. The facilities met my expectations.
I had everything I needed and more in the rooms, including a kitchen, dining area, desk, washing machine, and a tiny balcony with ranch sliders offering a lovely view of the peaceful park during the day. The breakfast with milk and juice was a nice touch. The service was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff making sure we had everything we needed. The location was very good, making it easy to take a bus to other places in Auckland and being close to the city center and the wharf. The dining experience was decent, with breakfast options prepared and placed in the fridge the night before, allowing guests to enjoy them before the restaurant opens. The facilities were adequate, catering to our needs during a working trip. As a minor downside, I found only two pieces of bread in a zip lock bag in the fridge at the restaurant when expecting more variety.
The hotel is conveniently located close to town with a nice park view, offering basic amenities but expectations were higher. The room was cramped and hot, with noisy appliances and overcharged fees that need resolving.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were tidy and perfect for our needs, but the layout could have been more practical. The service was top-notch, with helpful and accommodating staff. The location was fantastic, offering a lovely park view, despite some minor noise. Dining was better than expected, though basic. Overall, a good value for money choice.
The hotel offers super clean rooms in a great location with a good view of Myers Park. However, the rooms are very outdated. The service starts off well with a kind gesture before the stay but falls short with noise disturbances and unexpected charges. The location is convenient with access to city buses, but there are noise issues impacting sleep quality. The dining experience is mixed, with a nice breakfast room but leaving something to be desired. Overall, the hotel provides cleanliness and a convenient location, but could improve on the service and dining aspects.
